Software Developer

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Implement, prototype, debug, and refine platform features, mechanics and tools;
  • Create and maintain user-friendly interface by designing new features; 
  • Implement, modify, and maintain interactive gamification features that can be seamlessly integrated into the platform;
  • Provide ongoing support, improvement, and debugging for features.
What we are looking for:
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field, or a combination of relevant education;
  • Experience in software development involving various languages;
  • Knowledge of software and application design principles and architecture;
  • The ability to work within the programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, etc. with proficiency in at least one;
  • Experience creating and interfacing with developer workflow automation.

Data Scientist

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Implement cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence to make data analysis more efficient;
  • Perform large-scale experimentation to identify hidden relationships between variables in large datasets;
  • Create advanced machine learning algorithms such as regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees and , neural networks;
  • Prepare and extract data using a programming language.
What we are looking for:
  • A bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, computer systems engineering or a related discipline or completion of a college program;
  • Proficiency in using one or more programming or scripting languages to work with data such as: Python, Perl, or C#;
  • Some experience and or project course work performing data analysis and applying statistics working with tools such as: Excel, R, MATLAB, AMPL, or SAS.

Marketing Coordinator

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Advise management on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies;
  • Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them;
  • Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics;
  • Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonialsю
What we are looking for:
  • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism is required;
  • At least one year’s experience in a marketing role is a big asset;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities;
  • Experience with marketing technology tools such as Marketo, Smartsheet, Uberflip, Google Ads will be considered a strong asset.
